Speciality & Fine Food Fair 08

One exhibition in particular that I am looking forward to attending is the Speciality & Fine Food Fair which this year takes place in the Olympia Exhibition Centre between the 7th and 9th September. This annual food fair has become quite a large and popular event, so much so that the event is now being held in the Grand Hall at the venue.

There will be a lot going on at this event, including a ‘Chocolate Fair’, ‘Food Awards’ and a number of stalls, displays and workshops and presentations. The Chocolate Fair is a major part of the fair and several exhibitors are lined up incuding the ‘Ooh la la Chocolaterie’, ‘Mary Chocolatier’ and ‘Minerva Chocolate’.

A large number of other speiclaity foods will be highlighted at this event and these foods cover a wide range of tastes, countries and styles. A few speciality foods you can expect to see include:

• A Taste of Corisca
• Bord Bia (Irish Food Board)
• Casson's English Herbs
• Heart Of England Fine Foods
• Mr India Gourmet
